Last Tue, We went to Sugar, had Salsa dance lesson. The teacher is black, and he looks like a cartoon. Everyone there seemed can dance pretty good already. I think, me and Jimmy are youngest there. Because the people were some old heads and 30 somethings . This dance, we need to change the partner always, and made me felt nervous to dance with others. Finally... i back to Jimmy. I felt so happy. I was little bit jealous when he dance with other girls heeeee....(Just kidding) He is the best dancing partner for me, even i step my feet wrong, use wrong hand to spin, i do anything wrong in dancing, he wont blame me :) It's really good to dance with him

Salsa refers to a fusion of informal dance styles having roots in the Caribbean,Latin and North America. The dance originated through the mixture of Mambo, Danzón, Guaguancó, Cuban Son, and other typical Cuban dance forms. Salsa is danced to Salsa music. There is a strong African influence in the music as well as the dance.
Salsa is usually a partner dance, although there are recognized solo steps and some forms are danced in groups of couples, with frequent exchanges of partner. Improvisation and social dancing are important elements of Salsa but it appears as a performance dance too.
